Terms and Conditions
All sales within the UK are subject to VAT where it is applicable (Typically foodstuffs on our site are not VAT applicable, while hardware and accessories are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate 15%)
Where items are out of stock/temporarily unavailable then the bulk of the order placed will be dispatched. It is up to the customer to re-order out of stock items.
We reserve the right to reject any order we receive. Should this occur any money which has been received would be refunded.
Minimum order for free delivery is £65 plus VAT, orders under this amount will incur a carriage charge at cost. This will normally be £8.40.
We will dispatch your order within 246hours of cleared payment subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. We will contact you if we encounter a problem with your order. Items can be delivered on our next day service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri).
If you are not at the delivery premises when delivery is attempted. A card will be left with a contact number to re-arrange delivery. Please note if you request your order to be left in a secure place as you may not be in, we cannot gaurantee to do so but if we do, it's at your own risk.
Installation of coffee machines
Where a commercial coffee machine has been purchased and requires installation, the site must be fully prepared on the day of the install, we will give full instructions on order. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge if the engineer has to re appoint. A mutually convenient time will be agreed between you and the engineer.
Cancellation or Changing your order
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You have 7 days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods, to cancel or amend your order for any reason. Please call us on 0845 644 6814 or email us at email@example.com stating your name and invoice number. We will return any payments received to you within 30 days, less our postage costs if already dispatched.
Equipment cancellations: Please note that certain restrictions apply to cancellations of coffee machines and equipment.
1. Cancellations of equipment already installed into your site by an engineer are not permitted.
2. Cancellations of boxed delivery equipment received at site but not installed are subject to a MINIMUM 25% restock charge (of invoice sales value). A collection charge will also be applied.
3. Cancellations of equipment ordered but not yet received by the site are subject to a 7.5% cancellation administration charge. If the equipment has already been dispatched and is on route, the 20% restock charge will apply.
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us along with a written explanation as to your concern . We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
You can return any item/s within 7 days from receipt of goods, we will refund your money which you have paid us for any item/s returned. If this happens, please return the items to the address shown below. Please include either the completed returns slip enclosed with your order, or a piece of paper with your name and address, invoice number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. This does not apply to equipment.
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our customer care department on 0845 644 6814 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.
Contract for the supply goods
The display of goods on the Denby Dale Coffee site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Denby Dale Coffee unless, and until, an email is sent by Denby Dale Coffee to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Denby Dale Coffee of your offer to buy goods from Denby Dale Coffee and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Denby Dale Coffee is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice
You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Maestro, Solo or JCB card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology. You may also pay by cheque or paypal. The prices displayed on are web site are in British pounds. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order.
All goods will be paid for in full before dispatch. On the rare occasion where a credit limit is agreed, goods will be paid for strictly within 28 days. Failure to do so could incur an additional charge of 5% of the total. Payments which remain outstanding after 90 days could receive further charge of 7% i.e. 12% in total. You will also be liable for our legal collection costs. We reserve the right to automatically deduct outstanding invoice payments after 90 days using a previously used credit/debit card.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

New coffee machines are covered by 12 Months warranty (unless otherwise stated). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and in general excludes wear and tear items, water supply issues (including hard water and water pressure) operator errors, misuse and cleaning issues. We will provide you with full terms and conditions upon request. Where an engineer call out is requested, the engineers fault diagnosis is final and binding. Failure to settle engineer call out invoices for non warranty work, may result in your warranty becoming void.
